Parking - Each apartment is to have one allocated parking space included.   The parking layout/site plan is provisional, subject to confirmation and allocation is to be confirmed.

Tenure and Service Charge - The apartments are to be available on a leasehold basis for a term of 999 years, subject to a current ground rent of £250 per annum. The freehold of the site is owned by Brighouse Estate Co. (Contractors) Ltd which is part of the same company group as Century Homes Ltd and they intend to appoint Accent Property Solutions as Managing Agents. The 2007/8 estimated service charge (which includes building insurance cover) for the apartments is expected to equate to about £75 per calendar month. The estimated service charge for the houses in respect of the estate roads is expected to be about £50 per annum. Reservation Procedure - Reservations are usually subject to payment of a £500 non-returnable reservation fee.   Cheques should be made payable to Century Homes Ltd. Purchasers are usually required to exchange contracts and pay the balance of a 10% deposit within 28 days of receiving a contract. Legal completion at this stage will be subject to Notice.
